Housekeeping PT/FT Job Description

Location: Loogootee, IN, 47553

Hours: Sunday through Saturday; 6:00 am to 2:00 pm; alternating every other weekend off and every other Holiday.

 Skills Required:

• Experience in long term care facilities
• Knowledge of dementia and Alzheimer's care
• Proficient in cleaning techniques
• Familiarity with policies and procedures of long term care facilities

Job Responsibilities:

The Housekeeping staff will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents in a long term care facility. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Performing daily cleaning tasks in resident rooms and common areas
• Following proper sanitation protocols to prevent the spread of infections
• Assisting with laundry services as needed
• Adhering to all policies and procedures of the facility
