We're looking for a dependable, compassionate Lead Housekeeper to support our housekeeping and laundry teams while helping create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, families, and staff.

Housekeeping Lead Responsibilities:
As a Housekeeping Lead, you will:

• Help lead housekeeping, floor care, and laundry operations
• Support team members through training, coaching, scheduling assistance, and shift coverage as needed
• Assist the Director with daily department operations, supply ordering, and organization
• Conduct inspections and audits to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are consistently met
• Maintain clean resident rooms, common areas, offices, and flooring throughout the community
• Prepare resident rooms for new occupancy and maintain linen inventory
• Promote a safe environment for residents, visitors, and staff

Housekeeping Lead Requirements:

• Housekeeping or laundry experience in healthcare, long-term care or senior living preferred
