Housekeeping Lead

Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and basic maintenane of the community. Provides cleaning in a manner that meets or exceeds expectations.Job Responsibilities:Maintain the dignity and privacy of all residents. Protect all resident rights.Report any concerns with the health and well-being of the residents to the Resident Care Coordinator, Nurse, or Administrator.Maintain and protect the confidentiality of resident information at all times.Meet or exceed, the standards of appearance; comply with the sanitation rules, hygiene and health standards of community personnel.Maintain the cleanliness of the home.Wash, dry, and return all resident linens and clothing.Empty garbage and change linen according to schedule.Secure chemicals. Make sure residents do not have access to them.Perform other reasonable tasks as assigned by supervisorJob Qualifications:Have the ability to effectively communicate with residents, families, supervisors, and associates.Willingness to work with the elderlyMust provide written proof of recent TB test or obtain within two weeks of date of hireMust be positive and deliver a WOW experience through servicePerforms unpleasant tasks with grace; works cooperatively with supervisors and displays willingness to assist co-workersExposure to blood/bodily fluids is likely. Has ability to do occasional heavy lifting of (up to 40 lbs.).
