When a guest needs something at Boyne Mountain, you’re the person who makes it happen. As a Housekeeping Linen Porter, you’re not just making deliveries — you’re often the face of our hospitality, the extra hand that keeps the operation moving, and the reason a guest’s stay feels seamless and well-cared-for.

Everything we do at Boyne Mountain is guided by our core values — L.E.A.D.S.: Long-Term Thinking, Excellence in Execution, Attitude is Everything, Develop Great People, and Serve First. You’ll bring those values to every delivery, every interaction, and every task you take on. As a Boyne Mountain team member, you’ll also enjoy ski passes, golf passes, waterpark passes, and discounts on food, beverages, retail, daycare, and much more.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve First. Deliver supplies and requested items to guest rooms promptly and professionally. Every delivery is a chance to make a guest feel valued — treat it that way.
  • Excellence in Execution. Keep supplies neat, organized, and properly stocked at all times. A well-ordered workspace isn’t just about appearances — it’s what allows the whole team to move efficiently and serve guests without delay.
  • Attitude is Everything. Step up and assist with additional duties as assigned — and do it with energy and a positive presence. In a resort environment, flexibility and a can-do attitude are just as important as any specific skill.
  • Long-Term Thinking. Pay attention to what’s running low, what’s out of place, and what could become a problem before it does. Anticipating needs — rather than just reacting to them — is what separates a good team member from a great one.
  • Develop Great People. Communicate clearly with your supervisor and teammates. Whether it’s flagging a supply shortage or checking in on a task, staying connected with your team makes everyone more effective.
Qualifications:
  • You are at least 18 years of age.
  • You’re available to work nights, weekends, and holidays — a resort runs on the guests’ schedule, and you’re ready for that.
  • You’re able to lift up to 50 pounds and stay active and on your feet throughout your shift.
  • You genuinely enjoy working with and for people. Guest service isn’t just something you do — it’s something you take pride in.
  • You’re dependable, adaptable, and bring a positive attitude to every task — big or small.
