We are seeking a dependable and self-motivated part-time Housekeeping & Facilities Maintenance Associate to help maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment throughout our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning of offices, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
• Empty trash and maintain facility cleanliness standards
• Assist with basic facility maintenance tasks and minor repairs
• Support facility setup, organization, and general upkeep
• Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns
• Operate cleaning equipment and follow safety procedures

Qualifications:

• Prior housekeeping, janitorial, or facility maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, walking, and standing for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and reliability

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds occasionally.

• Requires a considerable amount of bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling.
