About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated Housekeeping Manager to lead our ambitious TEAM, ensuring outstanding guest service and cleanliness. You will be responsible for the hotels Housekeeping operations, ensuring our housekeeping TEAM meets guests needs and delivering outstanding service and performance.

Responsibilities:
We are looking for a highly motivated Housekeeping Manager to lead our ambitious TEAM, ensuring outstanding guest service and cleanliness. You will be responsible for the hotels Housekeeping operations, ensuring our housekeeping TEAM meets guests needs and delivering outstanding service and performance.
Requirements:
• Prior 2+ years' experience in a Hyatt brand or hotel environment • Hyatt brand experience is preferred • Prior work experience is required and Bi-lingual (English and Spanish speaking) is a plus • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
