What You’ll Lead & Deliver
In this role, you’ll set the tone for cleanliness, quality, and service throughout the hotel:
- Lead and develop a high-performing housekeeping team through training, coaching, and performance management
- Oversee daily operations by creating efficient schedules and ensuring seamless workflow
- Maintain exceptional standards across guest rooms and public areas through regular inspections
- Partner cross-functionally with Front Desk, Engineering, and F&B to enhance the overall guest experience
- Manage inventory of linens, supplies, and equipment to support uninterrupted operations
- Ensure compliance with Cal OSHA, sanitation, and safety standards
- Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally, reinforcing a culture of service excellence
