What You’ll Lead & Deliver

In this role, you’ll set the tone for cleanliness, quality, and service throughout the hotel:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing housekeeping team through training, coaching, and performance management
  • Oversee daily operations by creating efficient schedules and ensuring seamless workflow
  • Maintain exceptional standards across guest rooms and public areas through regular inspections
  • Partner cross-functionally with Front Desk, Engineering, and F&B to enhance the overall guest experience
  • Manage inventory of linens, supplies, and equipment to support uninterrupted operations
  • Ensure compliance with Cal OSHA, sanitation, and safety standards
  • Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally, reinforcing a culture of service excellence
