What began as a sanctuary for bodybuilders became the birthplace of modern fitness. With over 550 locations across six continents, our legacy has evolved while staying true to it’s roots- serious training, community and results. As the industry shifts, Gold’s Gym continues to lead, honoring our heritage while building the next generation of members and fitness experiences.
