Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas in accordance with hotel standards.
• Change linens, make beds, dust, vacuum, and sanitize bathrooms and other surfaces.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Restock guest room amenities such as toiletries, towels, and coffee supplies.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation policies.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by responding politely and efficiently to guest requests.

Requirements

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and pay close attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
