ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSPerform daily scheduled cleaning services, including a variety of cleaning functions/requests as assigned by ManagerMaintain cleanliness in all 26 pool related areasEmpty garbage in all common areas of pools and golf rest stopsRefill all cups, paper towels, toilet paper, and paper goodsMaintain cleaning and maintenance of all pool/golf areasDuties include collecting trash, scrubbing sinks, toilets, BBQ grills, etc...Perform routine cleaning of bathroom facilitiesDaily collection and disposal of garbageReport any maintenance/cleaning deficiencies to Supervisor, immediatelyReport all safety and security issues to Supervisor, immediatelyCommunicate with Supervisor to ensure all guest/member requests are addressedUnderstand and strive toward the goals of the Quail Ridge Mission StatementAssist with other related pool duties and/or other assigned tasks as directed by SupervisorAbility to reach, bend, stoop, stand and push, pull and lift items weighing up to 50 lbsPerform other functions as assigned by managementKnowledge Skills and AbilitiesPrevious experience in private housekeeping environment preferredAbility to reach, bend, stoop, stand and push, pull and lift items weighing up to 50 lbsMust be high energy, guest service oriented and able to ensure our guests/members are handled with the utmost courtesy and professionalismMust have the ability to effectively communicate with guest/members and co-workersAble to work a flexible schedule as neededUtilize gas powered or electric utility vehicleUtilize all-purpose cleaners, bleach, disinfectant, stain removers, and other related general cleaning productsUtilize Commercial lawn equipment- leaf blowerAdhere to Quail Ridge dress and grooming standardsProper use of all company equipment and vehiclesAdhere to all posted traffic signs and speed limitsAdhere to Quail Ridge emergency proceduresEducation and experiencePrevious experience in housekeeping preferredPrevious cleaning experience preferredApply on our website at:https://quailridgecc.applicantpro.com/jobs/http://www.quailridgecc.com/Drug Free Workplace/ E Verify/ EOE
