Lorien Mount Airy is seeking a Porter / Floor Technician to join our Environmental Services team. In this vital role, you will help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents, visitors, and staff. Your work directly supports the comfort, safety, and quality of life of those who call Lorien home.

- Starting at $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Provide daily floor care services
- Clean common areas- bathrooms, lobby, and additional shared spaces
- Gather and take out garbage
- Restock supplies and put away inventory orders
- Utilize equipment to scrub and polish flooring, as well as shampoo carpets
- Adhere to strict safety & health requirements
- Trash collection
Qualifications:
- Full Time, Part-Time
- Schedule: 7a-3:30p
- Every-other weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday)
