Description: Job Summary: General Labor Services is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to help maintain clean, safe, and welcoming guest accommodations and facilities. The ideal candidate takes pride in cleanliness, works efficiently, and provides excellent service to guests and staff.
Responsibilities: Clean and sanitize guest rooms, cabins, bathrooms, offices, and common areas Change bed linens and replace towels and guest supplies Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust assigned areas Maintain cleanliness standards throughout retreat facilities Report maintenance issues or damaged items to supervisors Assist with laundry duties as needed Follow health, safety, and sanitation procedures Work independently and as part of the housekeeping team Prepare rooms and facilities for incoming guests and events
Qualifications: Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout shifts Positive attitude and strong work ethic Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work weekends or holidays when needed
