Responsibilities and Duties: Clean and service guest rooms according to established brand and property standards, including making beds, changing linens, and replacing towelsDust, sanitize, and wipe down all surfaces, furniture, fixtures, and hard floorsVacuum carpets and clean bathrooms thoroughly, including tubs, showers, toilets, sinks, and mirrorsRestock guest room amenities such as toiletries, coffee supplies, glassware, and printed materialsEmpty trash and recycling and replace liners as neededReport maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damage found in guest rooms to the appropriate departmentInspect rooms for cleanliness and completeness before marking them ready for guest occupancyMaintain and organize housekeeping carts, supply closets, and equipmentAdhere to all safety protocols when handling cleaning chemicals and equipmentCommunicate room status updates accurately to the Housekeeping Supervisor or Front DeskAssist with deep cleaning projects and turnover cleans as assignedMaintain confidentiality and respect guest privacy at all timesFollow all company policies regarding uniform, grooming, and punctualityAt Palette Hotels, we are dedicated to creating and sustaining meaningful hospitality careers for our associates.
