As a Housekeeping Room Inspector, you're not just supervising daily housekeeping operations - you're spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

    The Team at the Hilton Anaheim is currently seeking their next Housekeeping Room Inspector to join the team.

    The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

    • Minimum one year of hotel Housekeeping Inspector and Supervisor experience.
    • Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, guest room cleanliness standards, and brand quality expectations.
    • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify and address cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation issues
    • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and support housekeeping team members while fostering a positive work environment
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
    • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
    • Experience training, coaching, and providing feedback to housekeeping team members
    • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, based on business needs
    • A commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences through consistently high cleanliness and service standards

    • Oversee room readiness: Assign, inspect, and verify room status, promptly reporting any discrepancies
    • Oversee operational logistics: Monitor work schedules, payroll reports, stock room and cart inventory, and the lost and found program
    • Coordinate maintenance needs: Partner with Engineering and Property Operations to address repair and maintenance issues
    • Support housekeeping operations: Perform Room Attendant and Houseperson responsibilities as needed to maintain service levels
    • Delight our guests: Address special guest needs in a timely, friendly, and professional manner
