The Housekeeping Room Inspector is responsible for inspecting guest rooms and designated public areas to ensure they meet established cleanliness, condition, and brand standards before being released for guest occupancy. This position supports the housekeeping leadership team by providing feedback and coaching to room attendants, assisting with training, and communicating room status and issues to the front desk and maintenance departments. Key duties include inspecting rooms for proper cleaning and presentation, verifying amenities and supplies, reporting and following up on maintenance or safety issues, documenting inspection results, and responding to guest requests in a professional and timely manner. The ideal candidate has prior housekeeping experience, strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the physical ability to perform inspections and assist the housekeeping team throughout the shift.
