About the Role: 
Join our dedicated housekeeping team at The Tides by the Sea, where your attention to detail will help create a welcoming environment for our guests. In this vital role, you will ensure that our beautiful seaside accommodations are clean, comfortable, and ready for a memorable stay. 

 
Responsibilities: 

• Perform daily cleaning tasks in guest rooms, hallways, and common areas.
• Change linens, replace towels, and restock toiletries as needed.
• Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to maintain a pristine appearance.
• Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to management promptly.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and well-organized.
• Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned by management.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests during interactions.

Requirements:
 

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently.
• Must be able to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
