ndustrial Cleaning Technician / Housekeeper – Warehouse Environment

Pay Rate: $17.00/hour

Integrity Staffing Solutions is now hiring Industrial Cleaning Technicians / Housekeepers to support warehouse and facility operations in Greenwood, IN. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced supply chain environment, focused on maintaining a clean, safe, and healthy workplace across office, restroom, breakroom, and warehouse areas.

• Sun-Wed | 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, breakrooms, conference rooms, and common areas

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors in administrative and warehouse spaces

• Clean desks, counters, sinks, toilets, appliances, and fixtures

• Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap

• Perform deep cleaning tasks including carpet shampooing, baseboards, and vent dusting

• Maintain cleanliness of warehouse floors and operational zones

• Remove debris including shrink wrap, labels, cardboard, plastic, and broken pallets

• Empty trash and recycling throughout the facility

• Stage and load broken pallets onto designated pallet trailers

• Clean around racking, dock doors, PIT parking areas, and pedestrian walkways

• Identify and immediately report spills, leaks, or unsafe conditions

• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly housekeeping checklists using CMMS systems

• Upload required photos and documentation of completed tasks

• Report equipment issues, maintenance needs, or safety concerns to leadership

• Follow all site safety policies and OSHA requirements

• Wear required PPE including high-visibility vest, steel-toe footwear, gloves, hearing protection, and eye protection

• Operate PIT or cleaning equipment when trained and authorized

• Maintain clear aisles, emergency exits, and fire safety zones at all times

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of industrial, warehouse, or commercial cleaning experience

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks for extended periods

• Comfortable working in an active warehouse environment

• Experience operating—or willingness to be trained on—PIT equipment such as forklifts, sweepers, or scrubbers

• Basic familiarity with mobile systems or CMMS platforms

• Strong safety awareness and hazard recognition

• Ability to work independently and follow established procedures

• Reliable attendance and strong time management skills
