The hotel housekeeping supervisor is responsible for overseeing and training housekeeping staff, ensuring that hotel
rooms and facilities are kept in a clean and orderly condition in line with hotel policies and guest satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising and training housekeeping staff to maintain high standards of work and guest satisfaction.
- Managing housekeeping supplies and equipment, ensuring all necessary materials are available and properly stored.
- Coordinating special projects such as deep cleaning, vermin control, and room inventories.
- Conducting training sessions for housekeeping colleagues as required.
- Performing room inspections to ensure compliance with 5-star resort standards.
- Maintaining accurate records on staff performance, guest satisfaction levels, and other hotel standards.
- Ensuring compliance with local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements.
- Attending all property trainings and meetings as required.
- Other duties as needed
- Variable days and hours based on occupancy. Must be available for weekends.
