Schedule: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (Must be able to work weekends)

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Hospitality, hotel management, or supervisory training is a plus.
• Knowledge of housekeeping standards, safety procedures, and inventory management preferred.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of housekeeping experience required.
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in housekeeping, hospitality, hotel, resort, or property management environments.
• Experience with employee scheduling, payroll administration, inventory control, and quality inspections preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to effectively manage staff and maintain high service standards.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and climb stairs throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull housekeeping supplies, linens, and equipment.
• Capable of performing detailed room inspections and working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Ability to move throughout multiple properties, guest rooms, and condominium units regularly.

Job Duties

• Supervise and support housekeeping team members to ensure daily cleaning schedules are completed efficiently.
• Create employee schedules and assist with payroll processing and timekeeping records.
• Inspect guest rooms and condominium units after cleaning to ensure quality, cleanliness, and brand standards are met.
• Conduct routine inventory counts of linens, supplies, and in-room amenities, and place orders as needed.
• Monitor housekeeping productivity, address performance concerns, and provide coaching and training.
• Maintain accurate records related to inventory, staffing, and housekeeping operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and guest service expectations.

What You Will Do

As a Housekeeping Supervisor you will clean and prepare guest rooms, offices, common areas, or other assigned spaces by changing linens, making beds, vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing surfaces, restocking supplies, removing waste, and reporting maintenance concerns. You will follow established cleaning schedules, quality standards, and safety procedures while helping maintain comfortable, orderly, and welcoming environments.
