Housekeeping Supervisor

Minimum Qualifications:

• Familiarity with occupational health and safety standards relevant to manufacturing environments.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team to ensure all assigned areas are cleaned and maintained to company standards.
• Develop, implement, and monitor cleaning schedules and procedures tailored to the specific needs of manufacturing facilities.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff to promote high-quality work, safety compliance, and professional development.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to maintain adequate stock levels.
• Conduct regular inspections of work areas to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to address housekeeping needs and support overall facility operations.
• Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, staff attendance, and incident reports.
