Housekeeping Supervisor

Join our team if you take pride in creating clean, welcoming spaces and leading a team that keeps our club shining every day. At Elite Sports Clubs, we bring people together through fitness, sports, and fun across our Milwaukee-area locations. Our clubs are built on connection — where members of all ages can belong, grow, and feel their best. We offer competitive compensation, 401k, PTO, childcare benefits, free club membership, service discounts, and more.

As our Housekeeping / Janitorial Supervisor, you’ll play a key leadership role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and presentation of the entire club. You’ll guide and support the housekeeping team, ensure high standards are consistently met across locker rooms, fitness floors, studios, and common areas, and help create an environment that reflects our commitment to quality and professionalism. This role blends hands-on leadership, attention to detail, accountability, and operational awareness to ensure our members walk into a space that feels cared for, organized, and ready for them every day.

Key skills: team leadership, facilities oversight, quality control, organization, accountability, communication, and attention to detail.
