The Warbler is a new 58-room boutique hotel opening on New Orleans' historic St. Charles Avenue, home to Mildred's Restaurant & Bar, a café, and a rooftop bar. Learn more at thewarblerhotel.com. We're hiring a Housekeeping Supervisor to help lead our Housekeeping team ahead of our September 2026 opening — reporting to the Executive Housekeeper.
What You'll Do

• Direct the daily work of Room Attendants, Housepersons, Laundry Attendants, and Room Inspectors
• Inspect rooms and public areas daily to confirm compliance with brand standards
• Step in and perform Room Attendant duties personally when needed
• Schedule staffing and daily assignments while effectively controlling payroll
• Coordinate with Front Desk, Engineering, and F&B to keep the guest experience seamless

What You'll Need

• Previous housekeeping supervisory experience preferred; boutique or lifestyle hotel background a plus
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to coach a team and lead by example
• Comfortable with physical demands, including lifting up to 50 pounds and extended standing, walking, and bending
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent; must be legally authorized to work in the United States
