This direct-hire Housekeeping Supervisor opportunity offers:

Responsibilities for the Housekeeping Supervisor:
- Oversees staff, supervising the maintenance and sanitation of a healthcare community.
- Provides ongoing training, providing direction to both the environmental and laundry staff.
- Observes and makes recommendations for building improvements (such as painting, repairs, etc.) and submits work orders.
- Ensures adherence to the Quality Assurance goals and standards, establishing organized processes and procedures for the team to follow.
- Leads with the organization's values, exemplifying customer service, teamwork, servant-leadership, and respect for all individuals.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Previous experience in a healthcare facility, including knowledge of Housekeeping and Laundry Operations.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn new programs.
- Prefer a minimum of 3 years' experience in a supervisor role.
