Supervise daily housekeeping operations and support room attendants, housemen, and other team members.
Oversee a daily workload of approximately 55 rooms and help ensure assignments are completed efficiently.
Inspect guest rooms and assigned areas to ensure cleanliness, quality, and brand standards are met.
Inspect housekeeping closets, equipment, hallways, stairways, etc. for cleanliness and maintenance issues. Report maintenance issues in a timely manner.
Assign work, monitor productivity, and help ensure daily boards are completed on time.
Train, coach, and support team members on proper cleaning procedures, safety, and service expectations.
Communicate with leadership, front desk, maintenance, and client representatives as needed.
Report maintenance issues, damages, lost and found items, safety concerns, and team performance concerns.
Ensure HUB device is always up to date.
Complete required HUB room inspections per company standards.
Assist with supplies, linen control, housekeeping carts, and storage area organization.
Lead by example and step in to support the team when needed.
Complete any additional job duties as assigned by Directors or managers.
