Housekeeping Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the housekeeping staff and ensure that all rooms and public areas meet cleanliness standards. The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for training new employees, scheduling shifts, and conducting inspections to ensure quality service.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certification or training preferred
- Proven experience in housekeeping or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and procedures
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills

Responsibilities:
- Train new housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures and safety standards
- Assign tasks and schedule shifts for housekeeping employees
- Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and compliance with company standards
- Order and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies
- Address customer complaints and special requests in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with the maintenance department to address any maintenance issues
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
