Housekeeping Team Lead - Martin Tradition Hospital

Legacy Staffing has partnered with a World-Class Hospital in Port St. Lucie, FL to hire an EVS Housekeeping Team Lead. This is a third shift opportunity with a pay rate of $16/hour. This role focuses on overseeing EVS housekeeping operations, ensuring cleanliness, compliance, and efficient team performance in a healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the shift
• Ensure all areas of the facility are clean, sanitized, and maintained according to OSHA and company standards
• Coordinate with Supervisor to ensure adequate coverage for shifts
• Train and mentor in coordination with Supervisor on proper cleaning procedures and techniques
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with cleaning protocols
• Address and resolve any customer complaints or concerns in a timely manner, elevating to Supervisor as needed
• Maintain Inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment and any additional items as needed
• Collaborate with Supervisor to improve processes and efficiency

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year in a team leadership role
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and sanitation practices
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure
• Detail-oriented with focus on maintaining high standards of cleanliness
