Housekeeping Technician

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Housekeeping Technician to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining our clients' homes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and organization and take pride in their work.

This is a new, quickly growing company that is investing heavily in marketing to build out recurring annual Housekeeping routes. You will be responsible for operating company equipment and vehicles to service your assigned route / territory with a team member working in two person crews. This is a part time position to start, with increasing hours as we acquire more clients. The goal is to optimize a route and assign you properties on a recurring cleaning schedule that you will be responsible for maintaining on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis or one time for move in/out cleanings. This is a perfect role for those that may have operated a small cleaning business in the past or for those that may have considered starting a cleaning business. This is a W2 position offering year-round hours and income.

This position offers:

• 2 weeks of paid training at $15/hr.
• Upon completion of training, you will earn $20/hr for the following 90 days.
• Upon completion of the 90 day period, you will begin making $25/hr
• Once route is optimized and at capacity, you can earn a base salary of $50,000/year with bonus and commission potential.

Responsibilities

• Perform housekeeping duties such as cleaning bedrooms, bathrooms, common areas, and appliances
• Follow company provided standard operating procedures to ensure consistent service for every client, every time
• Maintain a friendly and positive attitude and have the ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and clients
• Maintain client homes on a set cleaning frequency
• Utilize tools and supplies effectively for various housekeeping tasks
• Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Maintain and care for company vehicles and property
• Other responsibilities and duties as needed

• Previous experience in housekeeping or maid services is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with cleaning practices and techniques is a plus.
• Knowledge of household cleaning chemicals and equipment 
• Ability to work with a team mate in various conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Must be comfortable driving a company vehicle
