Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-focused, dependable, and goal-oriented Housekeeper to join our growing team. This role is essential to ensuring our clients experience a consistently clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities:
• Perform high-quality cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized space in accordance with company standards
• Work efficiently and with purpose, consistently meeting daily and weekly cleaning goals
• Use cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively
• Identify and report any repair or maintenance needs
• Communicate clearly and work in alignment with team and company objectives
• Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership, punctuality, and professionalism
What We’re Looking For:
• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
• Goal-driven mindset with strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow direction and also work independently
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
• Physically capable of performing cleaning tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
