Required Experience & Skills Reliable and dependable attendance Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards Customer-service focused attitude Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Ability to perform physical tasks associated with cleaning Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours Essential Duties & Responsibilities Perform general cleaning and sanitation of assigned areas Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize surfaces and restrooms Empty trash and dispose of waste properly Replenish cleaning and restroom supplies as needed Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures Provide courteous and professional customer interaction Report maintenance or safety concerns to supervision Maintain a clean and organized work environment Follow all safety guidelines and company policies Work Environment Indoor and/or outdoor work depending on assignment Exposure to cleaning chemicals and equipment Physically active role requiring standing, walking, bending, and lifting Additional Information Weekend and holiday work required Rotating schedule unless special events require full staff coverage
