Rosen Shingle Creek | Housekeeping | Full TimeDescriptionThe Housekeeping Uniform Control assists team members with uniform issuance, dry cleaning and pick‑up. They are responsible for repairing crew uniforms, guest clothes and all hotel department linen.ResponsibilitiesCollects and inspects uniforms from associates who are transferring or terminating.Inspects and hangs all clean uniforms, keeps uniform racks organized.Assists in packing and unpacking of garments, bar‑coding and entering stock in computer.Keeps count of uniform stock and informs manager of inventory needs.Maintains knowledge of department policies and procedures.Maintains threads, buttons, needles, etc. at par level at all times.Repairs torn or damaged linen for the hotel department.Repairs/alter guest clothes.Makes alterations to any company issue uniforms as required.Re‑generates replacement linen from soiled and damaged items, e.g., pillow covers and cleaning rags from damaged towels.Maintains and keeps all equipment and surrounding working area clean.Complies with the company's drug‑free and tobacco/nicotine‑free policy.All other duties as assigned.QualificationsPrevious housekeeping/alterations experience preferred.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent attention to detail skills.Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. infrequently.Must be able to legally work in the USA.Education and Certification(s)/License(s)High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.BenefitsAffordable Health and Dental InsuranceOn‑site Medical CenterCompetitive CompensationHoliday PayBirthday PayPaid Vacation and Personal DaysTuition Reimbursement and Higher Education Scholarships401(k) Retirement Savings PlanHospitality and Dining DiscountsAccess to our Family Outreach CenterAnd much moreWe are proud to be an equal‑opportunity employer and a drug and nicotine‑free workforce.#J-18808-Ljbffr
