Full-Time – 40 hours/week

$45 to $48 per hour (based on experience) plus a full benefits package with health insurance, paid time off, and paid holidays.

Our client is a lovely family seeking an experienced Houseman to maintain and care for their home, along with providing hospitality support for occasional events and entertaining in the residence.

Ideal experience might include working in a luxury hotel, cleaning estates, maintaining a yacht, detailing luxury cars. Your attention to detail is impeccable, you are well organized and proactive in undertaking household duties.  You are a team player and understand and respect the family’s space and privacy.  Walking the dogs, cleaning cars, power washing the terrace all might be tasks asked of you.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping, deep cleaning projects, floorcare.
• Oversee routine home maintenance, including basic repairs and upkeep.
• Help maintain a smooth daily operation and communicate proactively regarding household needs, preferences, or maintenance concerns.
• Work closely with the household team to ensure seamless coverage, consistent standards, and an orderly, guest-ready home.
• Assist with household inventories, supply management, and routine provisioning as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a similar private household or luxury hospitality environment (boutique hotel, yacht, etc.).
• Excellent, verifiable references.
• Proven ability to take initiative, work independently, and collaborate effectively as part of a household team.
• Strong organizational skills, excellent standards, discretion, and a service-minded approach.
• Must have strong English communication skills.
• Must be comfortable working in a home with dogs and children.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Schedule

• Tuesday - Saturday
• 8 am to 4 pm with some flexibility on start time
