Houseperson - Cleaning & Maintenance Responsibilities
Pool Deck Cleaning & Maintenance -----------------------------
Sweep, hose, mop, and pressure-wash pool deck surfaces as scheduled. Remove dirt, sand, leaves, algae, and other debris. Clean and organize pool furniture, handrails, ladders, gates, and safety equipment. Empty trash receptacles and replace liners. Monitor deck for slip hazards, damaged tiles, or unsafe conditions and report issues. Set up and break down pool area during opening and closing hours.
Main Lobby Cleaning -----------------
Sweep, vacuum, and mop lobby floors. Clean entrance doors, glass, windows, and handles. Dust and wipe furniture, counters, railings, and fixtures. Empty trash cans and maintain a clean, welcoming appearance. Spot-clean spills and high-traffic areas throughout the day.
Bathroom / Restroom Cleaning -----------------------------
Clean and disinfect toilets, urinals, sinks, counters, and mirrors. Refill restroom supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, soap). Mop floors and sanitize high-touch surfaces. Remove trash and maintain odor-free conditions. Report plumbing issues, leaks, or damaged fixtures.
Trailer Office Cleaning ----------------------
Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors. Clean desks, tables, chairs, and common surfaces. Empty trash and recycling bins. Clean windows, doors, and break areas. Maintain a neat and professional office environment.
Safety & Sanitation ------------------
Follow proper cleaning procedures and chemical safety guidelines. Use wet floor signs and safety barriers as needed. Identify and report safety hazards or maintenance issues.
Guest & Staff Support ---------------------
Maintain professional appearance and courteous behavior. Respond promptly to requests from guests, staff, or supervisors. Assist housekeeping and maintenance teams as needed.
Supplies & Equipment ---------------------
Properly use, clean, and store equipment and supplies. Notify supervisor when supplies are low.
