Full-Time | $17.50/hour | Housekeeping | Westin St. Louis | Downtown
Join our dynamic housekeeping team as a Housekeeping Houseperson and play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our guests. You'll be at the heart of the action, delivering fresh linens, preparing rooms for our housekeeping team, restocking supplies, fulfilling guest requests, and keeping public spaces spotless. Responsibilities
- Assist with delivering clean linens, towels, and other supplies to guest rooms
- Restock housekeeping carts and maintain inventory of supplies
- Clean and maintain public areas such as corridors, elevators, and lobbies
- Empty trash and maintain cleanliness in assigned areas
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries with genuine hospitality and a warm, friendly manner
- Take on special projects and deep cleaning challenges that make a visible difference in our guests' experience
- Adhere to safety and sanitation standards to provide a safe and healthy environment
- Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure efficient operations
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Thrive in a fast-paced, energetic environment where no two days are the same
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Ability to use radio for two-way communication
