Housing Case Manager
We are hiring a Housing Case Manager to join our non-profit! NWPP is a fun and supportive organization that provides meaningful impact within the Portland community.
The Housing Case Manager provides assessment and housing case management services to low-income individuals aged 55 and over who reside in Multnomah County.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have experience working effectively with adults from diverse backgrounds and cultures, a minimum of one year directly providing social services to low-income households, interest in working directly with people who may be experiencing a variety of challenges including poverty, aging, homelessness, and significant health issues, will have excellent interpersonal skills, experience working with computers, databases, and commonly used software, and will have the ability to pass a background check.
It is preferred that the candidate have a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, familiarity with Homeless Management Information Systems (HMIS), a valid driver's license and clean driving record, the ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and maintain a sense of humor.
Details: This is a full-time position with a salary of $58,298 + excellent benefits and an emphasis on wellness.
