Housing Coordinator Assistant

What We NeedCorpay is currently looking to hire a Housing Coordinator Assistant within our ALE Solutions division. This position falls under our Lodging line of business and is located in St. Charles, IL. In this role, you will contribute to the department's efficiency in serving clients' needs by acting as a liaison among internal departments, vendors, and policyholders. You will report directly to the Customer Care Department Assistant Manager.How We WorkAs a Housing Coordinator Assistant, Corpay will set you up for success by providing:Hybrid workspace in the St. Charles, IL officeCompany-issued equipmentFormal, hands-on trainingRole ResponsibilitiesThe responsibilities of the role will include:

Maintaining a daily tracking log of file assignments and detailed notes of verbal and written correspondence, including names and phone numbers of contactsAssisting with answering incoming calls routed to the Customer Care DepartmentSecuring and processing lease extensionsProcessing and filing move-outs and obtaining signed copies of ALE's notices to vacate from landlords using all necessary communication methodsSecuring last-minute lease extensions with landlords at the adjuster's directionConfirming furniture pickup dates with vendorsCorresponding with clients to determine housing statusCorresponding with landlords and collaborating with the Accounting Department on rent-check inquiries and discrepanciesReceiving and submitting landlord address changes and making clear, accurate notes in ACTPerforming other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills

High school diploma or equivalent preferredOne or more years of customer service experience preferredProficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and OutlookExperience working with the ACT database preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

Pay TransparencyThe expected hourly range for this position is $16-$17, based on the candidate's work location. This range reflects a good faith estimate of the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting.
