HOUSING INSPECTOR

seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housing
Inspector to help ensure safe, healthy, and
well-maintained housing conditions for all residents.
This full-time position offers a competitive pay range of $28.13 - $35.06 per hour. High school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of experience in property
management, building
inspection, or a related field. Candidates must demonstrate strong
interpersonal and
communication skills,
including the ability to
educate others and build positive relationships with a variety of stakeholders. A valid driver's license is
