General Position Summary:

Provide clerical support to the technology and property management departments. This includes, but is not limited to, general clerical duties, research, purchasing, data entry, taking minutes at assigned meetings and scheduling.

Status: Full Time 40 Hours a Week

Location: Eugene

Work hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (May Vary)

Starting Wage: $21.15 an hour

Wage Scale: $21.15 to $26.74

Knowledge:

[Education] High School Diploma or GED

[Experience] 1-2 years experience in homeless services and knowledge of resources required.

Other Requirements:

Demonstrated competence with Microsoft Office Professional or similar programs for word processing. Minimum keyboarding skills of 55 wpm. ability to learn other computer software and skills as necessary.

Must have current Oregon Driver's License and acceptable driving record.

Must be able to be approved by the background criminal history unit.
