This role requires working closely with cross-functional business and technical teams to optimize logistics operations, improve system integrations, and enhance reporting capabilities.

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst III –Commercial Logistics BI Analyst to support Commercial Logistics Business Improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Transportation Management Systems (TMS), SAP/ERP, truck and rail logistics, business process improvement, data analysis, and root cause analysis. This role requires working closely with cross-functional business and technical teams to optimize logistics operations, improve system integrations, and enhance reporting capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support SAP integrations with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and troubleshoot system issues.
- Perform end-to-end root cause analysis and recommend process improvements.
- Analyze logistics and operational data to identify trends and improve decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system enhancements and data integrations.
- Maintain data integrity and support critical logistics transactions.
- Document business requirements, process flows, and system interactions.
- Support truck and rail logistics process improvement initiatives.
- Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Work independently on complex assignments while coordinating with business and IT teams.
- 4+ years of Business Analyst experience in Commercial Logistics or Supply Chain.
- Strong experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
- Experience with SAP ERP (S/4HANA or R/3 preferred).
- Truck logistics experience is mandatory;Rail logistics experience is preferred.
- Strong end-to-end root cause analysis and data mapping skills.
- Experience with business process improvement.
- Familiarity with Power BI dashboards (usage and analysis).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience with SharePoint.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Equivalent industry experience may be considered.
