Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst III – Commercial Logistics BI Analyst to support Commercial Logistics Business Improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Transportation Management Systems (TMS), SAP/ERP, truck and rail logistics, business process improvement, data analysis, and root cause analysis. This role requires working closely with cross-functional business and technical teams to optimize logistics operations, improve system integrations, and enhance reporting capabilities.

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst III – Commercial Logistics BI Analyst to support Commercial Logistics Business Improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Transportation Management Systems (TMS), SAP/ERP, truck and rail logistics, business process improvement, data analysis, and root cause analysis. This role requires working closely with cross-functional business and technical teams to optimize logistics operations, improve system integrations, and enhance reporting capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support SAP integrations with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and troubleshoot system issues.
- Perform end-to-end root cause analysis and recommend process improvements.
- Analyze logistics and operational data to identify trends and improve decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system enhancements and data integrations.
- Maintain data integrity and support critical logistics transactions.
- Document business requirements, process flows, and system interactions.
- Support truck and rail logistics process improvement initiatives.
- Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Work independently on complex assignments while coordinating with business and IT teams.
- 4+ years of Business Analyst experience in Commercial Logistics or Supply Chain.
- Strong experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
- Experience with SAP ERP (S/4HANA or R/3 preferred).
- Truck logistics experience is mandatory; Rail logistics experience is preferred.
- Strong end-to-end root cause analysis and data mapping skills.
- Experience with business process improvement.
- Familiarity with Power BI dashboards (usage and analysis).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience with SharePoint.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Equivalent industry experience may be considered.
