Bacon Plumbing, Heating, Air, and Electric is seeking dedicated Licensed Residential Electricians who are able to inspect, diagnose and repair electrical systems, equipment and components to ensure compliance with all electrical codesResponsibilities· Participate in weekly huddles with the Electric Service Manager· Diagnose & repair residential electric applications per Local and National Codes· Inspect electric systems and equipment for any defects and provide the customer with repair/replacement options· Communicate daily with dispatch in order to schedule work orders in a timely manner.· Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.· Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with all electrical codes.· Accurately estimate and invoice repairs and projects· Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks such as digging trenches, lifting heavy objects, crawling through small spaces, and be able to work in the cold and heat· This list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary.Requirements:· Current TDLR License: Wireman, Journeyman or Master· 1+ years of residential electric experience· Exhibit an in-depth knowledge of and understanding of the Electric trade· Valid Texas Drivers License and clean Driving Record· Must pass a Background Check· Clean, neat and professional appearance· Excellent customer service and sales skills· Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills· Excellent conflict management skills· Excellent leadership skills to enhance team productivity· Strong attention to detail and to manage multiple tasks and assignments· Team player with "can do" attitude1+ years of residential electric experience· Good computer skills: knowledge of common office applications such as MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.· Able and willing to work on-call schedule: nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
