  $115.05 per full day

? Job Responsibilities: 

• 
  Follow lesson plans provided by the regular teacher to ensure a consistent learning experience 
  

• 
  Maintain a positive and engaging classroom environment 
  

• 
  Adapt teaching methods to meet diverse student needs 
  

• 
  Supervise students in classrooms, hallways, playgrounds, and cafeterias 
  

• 
  Assign classwork and homework as needed 
  

• 
  For long-term assignments: develop lesson plans aligned with the curriculum 
  

? Requirements: 

To qualify, you must: 

• 
  Have 36 college credit hours (any subject) OR complete a DESE-approved online training program 
  

• 
  Hold a valid Missouri Teaching License or Substitute Certificate 
  

• 
  Complete a fingerprint background check (contact Penmac before starting this step) 
  
• 
  Pre-employment drug screen - THC not permitted
  

• 
  Finish required training provided by Penmac
