Pay

• $115.05 per full day
• $125.00 per day for retired teachers
• Weekly pay

? What You’ll Do

• Follow lesson plans and help maintain a consistent learning experience
• Create a positive, productive, and engaging classroom environment
• Adapt to the needs of different students and classrooms
• Supervise students in classrooms and common areas, including hallways, playgrounds, and cafeterias
• Assign classwork and homework as needed
• For long-term assignments, develop lesson plans aligned with the curriculum

? Qualifications
Candidates must:

• Have at least 36 college credit hours in any subject OR complete a DESE-approved online training program
• Hold a valid Missouri Teaching License or Substitute Certificate
• Complete a fingerprint background check (please contact Penmac before beginning this step)
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen (THC is not permitted)
• Complete required Penmac training
