Job Title: Inside Sales Coordinator Location: Howell , MI Duration: 06+ Months Job Description Entering customer orders and performing various customer service responsibilities. Strengthen customer relations by using proper communication to build the business relationship. •Complete the estimating process with a high degree of accuracy for orders originating via, telephone, fax, e-mail, EDI, etc. •Answer incoming customer phone calls •Follow up to ensure that customer issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly. •Research any delivery and/or invoicing discrepancies and working with the customer on a resolution, may including issuing credits and handling returns. •Establish close working relationships with internal stakeholders and customer, understanding their business and how we can add value .•Gathering necessary information to complete the customer's order and enter into the system. •Perform other duties as assigned by the Inside Sales Manager to ensure a positive customer experience.
