HP Indigo Digital Press Operator

The HP Indigo Digital Press Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining HP Indigo digital press equipment to ensure efficient production, exceptional print quality, and maximum equipment uptime. This role works closely with production and prepress teams to optimize workflow, troubleshoot issues, and deliver high-quality printed products that meet customer specifications. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, technology-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required

• 1-2 years of experience operating commercial digital press equipment.
• Strong mechanical and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to monitor and maintain print quality standards, including color accuracy and registration.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven production environment.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn and utilize proprietary software systems.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.

Preferred

• HP Indigo Certified Operator certification.
• Experience operating HP Indigo 6000 Series or 18000 Series presses.
• Experience with commercial printing, digital printing, UV inkjet, toner-based printing, or related print technologies.
• Knowledge of color management, file preparation, and print production workflows.
• Experience performing preventative maintenance and equipment adjustments to maximize uptime.
