    Job Summary:

    We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Scheduler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating patient services, managing schedules, and ensuring smooth communication between patients and healthcare staff.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently and accurately
    • Coordinate with healthcare staff and interdisciplinary teams
    • Maintain and update scheduling records in a timely manner
    • Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and referral sources
    • Respond to scheduling changes and urgent needs professionally
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare standards
    • Support overall care coordination and service delivery

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
    • Nursing background (LVN/LPN) preferred but not mandatory
    • 1+ year experience in scheduling, healthcare coordination, or similar role preferred
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Good problem-solving and multitasking ability

    Requirements

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
    • Flexibility to work extended hours if needed
    • Reliable transportation (if applicable)
    • Basic computer and documentation skills

    Work Environment
