We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Manager of Marketing to lead business development, referral growth, community outreach, and brand awareness efforts for our home health services.
Compensation Structure:

Compensation is based on experience, market conditions, and achievement of measurable growth objectives, including qualified referral activity, community engagement, and census development.
Position Summary:
The Manager of Marketing is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing and referral development strategies that increase awareness of High Plains Senior Care Home Health services. This role builds and maintains strong relationships with referral partners, represents the agency in the community, supports census growth, and ensures all outreach activities are conducted ethically and in compliance with applicable healthcare regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing, referral development, and community outreach strategies to promote home health services.
  • Build and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, discharge planners, case managers, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, senior organizations, and other referral sources.
  • Represent High Plains Senior Care Home Health at community events, networking meetings, health fairs, educational programs, and professional forums.
  • Partner with clinical and administrative leadership to communicate service capabilities, admission criteria, care coordination processes, and patient success stories appropriately.
  • Track referral sources, outreach activity, conversion trends, market feedback, and growth opportunities; provide regular reports to leadership.
  • Support brand consistency across printed materials, digital content, presentations, and community communications.
  • Monitor local market trends, competitor activity, and community needs to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Ensure all marketing and referral activities follow HIPAA, Medicare, anti-kickback, Stark Law, and agency compliance standards.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ Previous experience in healthcare marketing, home health, hospice, senior care, post-acute care, or related business development role preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to build referral relationships and communicate professionally with healthcare providers, community partners, patients, and families.
  • Strong presentation, networking, written communication, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage a territory, prioritize outreach activity, and meet performance goals.
  • Knowledge of home health services, Medicare guidelines, referral processes, and healthcare compliance standards preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM or referral tracking tools, email, and basic digital marketing platforms.
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel within the assigned service area.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, healthcare administration, communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
