Summary: The
HQ Operations Coordinator supports the planning and execution of cross-functional initiatives that support operations, growth initiatives, and strategic objectives. This role partners with internal stakeholders to ensure initiatives remain organized, on schedule, and well-communicated. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description:- Responsible for coordinating initiatives from commencement through completion, demonstrating strong organization and time management to keep timelines, milestones, and deliverables on track.
- Track schedules, dependencies, and action items with a high level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy across documentation and reporting.
- Prepare and maintain status updates, agendas, meeting notes, and follow-ups, supporting clear and consistent communication.
- Coordinate meetings and cross-functional activities, applying strong communication and collaboration skills to align teams across departments.
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for internal partners, maintaining a customer and partner focused mindset while facilitating information flow and task completion.
- Demonstrate strong problem identification skills by identifying risks, bottlenecks, or gaps, and escalating issues in a timely manner.
- Support departments with new programs, systems, or initiatives, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all stakeholders.
- Assist with continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to streamlines workflows, enhance documentation, and improve coordination processes.
Qualifications:- Associate or bachelor's degree in business, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–3 years of experience in coordination, administrative, or operational support role.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
- Experience in retail, grocery, cooperative, or multi-location environments preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish required
Salary: $60-$65K
