We are partnering with a large, enterprise-level organization to identify an experienced HR Accommodations Supervisor to lead a high-volume shared services function. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, balancing people leadership with individual contribution.

You will oversee a team responsible for managing employee accommodation requests across a nationwide workforce, ensuring compliance, consistency, and a high level of service delivery. This is a critical role supporting thousands of employees across multiple business lines and locations.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and support a team handling employee accommodation requests, providing day-to-day direction, coaching, and performance management
  • Act as a working leader—managing your own caseload while overseeing team output and quality
  • Review and guide complex and escalated accommodation cases from intake through resolution
  • Ensure compliance with ADA and applicable federal/state regulations, partnering with internal stakeholders as needed
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Legal, Benefits, and external partners to resolve cases efficiently
  • Monitor team performance, service levels, and key metrics; identify trends and implement process improvements
  • Provide ongoing feedback, conduct performance reviews, and support employee development and corrective action when needed
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure data integrity across HR systems and case management tools
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the HR shared services environment

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in HR, preferably within a shared services or operations environment
  • 1+ year of direct leadership experience (including coaching, performance management, and employee relations)
  • 1+ year of experience handling employee accommodations (ADA strongly preferred)
  • Experience working in a large, enterprise-level organization with high-volume case management
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance, and employee support models
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple priorities in a production-driven environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to partner across multiple business functions
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive/confidential information

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting leave of absence or accommodations programs (ADA, FMLA, etc.)
  • Familiarity with HRIS and case management systems (e.g., PeopleSoft, ServiceNow, or similar)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
