Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Strong organization skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Responsibilities:
Organize and maintain employee files
Ensure all documents are filed accurately and consistently
Assist with internal audits, helping verify completeness and compliance of HR records
Prepare and send files to document retention company for secure, off-site storage
Ensure that all retention processes follow company policy and applicable legal guidelines
Provide general administrative support to the HR team
Support other functions and projects assigned
