Temporary Human Resources Assistant
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
Assignment Type: Temporary / Short-Term
Location: Greensboro, NC
We are seeking a detail-oriented Temporary Human Resources Assistant to support our client in Greensboro in their HR department during a short-term assignment. This role will assist with a variety of administrative and compliance-related HR functions and is ideal for someone with previous HR experience and strong computer skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Review and process PTO and time-off requests
  • Assist with employee benefits administration and audits
  • Conduct I-9 and personnel file audits to ensure compliance
  • Review employee records for accuracy and completeness
  • Maintain confidential HR documents and information
  • Support general HR administrative tasks and special projects
  • Assist with data entry, reporting, and recordkeeping
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
Qualifications:
  • Previous Human Resources experience preferred
  • Experience with Paycom
  • Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
